Biography

Born in Barcelona in 1974, into a family with a tradition of painters. From an early age she felt a vocation clearly focused on painting, thanks to her father, grandparents and great-grandparents. Already as a child she began to paint as a means of expression.

At 14 she attended the studio of painter Martí Vergós, who taught her more complex painting techniques. Between 1990 and 1995 she studied Graphic Arts at the Pau Gargallo school in Badalona. During 1995-1998 she specialised in illustration.

She is a member of the Cercle Artístic of Barcelona, where she has practised various painting and drawing techniques with professionals from the art world.

Based in Roses during the 1990s, she met several influential local artists, such as Lluís Roure and Albert Pujol, with whom she practised oil painting over the following years.

She later moved to Llançà, where she began experimenting with new techniques and fusions, and where she has since settled.

She has held numerous exhibitions in various galleries, such as Supermercado del Arte (Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, Mallorca, Logroño, Valencia), Sennacheribbo Gallery (Barcelona), the Palau de la Mercè art gallery (Girona), and Quatre Cantons Gallery (Olot).
